Fischer Forensic Services offers a full array of accident reconstruction, human factors and biomechanics services by accredited and experienced experts.
We work closely with our clients to evaluate the level of service required for each case.
We conduct detailed examinations and analyses of scene and physical evidence. Fischer Forensic Services uses test equipment, for evaluating braking and acceleration information; the BOT 3000E for measuring walkway slip resistance in all conditions; and an EXtech lightmeter to test visibility and lighting levels.
Fischer Forensic Services analyzes injury patterns, photographs, witness statements, depositions, and other available reports to form fact-based conclusions. The analyses provide answers about the accident including, but not limited to, vehicle speeds, human reaction time, seat-belt use, headlight use, visual obstructions, and possible distractions.
Terence J. Fischer, MS, CPE, ACTAR is our principle expert. Mr. Fischer has supported over 1000 cases and has testified in over 100 depositions and trials.
Mr. Fischer has qualified for testimony in United States Federal Court and State Supreme Courts in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Indiana, Florida, West Virginia, Massachusetts, and the US Virgin Islands.
Mr. Fischer holds Advanced Degrees and Certifications in Biomechanical Trauma (MS); Human Factors Engineering and Ergonomics (MS, CPE); Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR); and Systems Engineering (BSE).
